Marlo Organic cheeses and butters are crafted with the milk from Grass-Fed cows. Ensuring our cows eat only organically grown grass results in our cheeses and butters being made with milk of the highest quality and taste straight from our organic farms. Milk derived from grass-fed cows contains higher vitamin and protein levels as well as healthier fatty acids. This results in enhanced cheese and butter making properties and vibrant cheeses and butters.
